Abstract

Worldwide, extensive scientific research has been conducted on the assessment of ornamental tree conditions using remote sensing, geographic information systems (GIS), unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV)-based monitoring, and artificial intelligence technologies. These studies focus on determining the vegetative condition of trees, assessing their vitality (survival performance), predicting environmental stress factors, and improving the efficiency of urban green infrastructure management. In this context, the development and refinement of criteria for assessing tree vitality based on digital monitoring technologies represent one of the key scientific challenges in urban ecology and landscape management. Therefore, developing technologies for determining the vitality of ornamental trees and establishing appropriate assessment criteria using the city of Tashkent as a case study is of considerable scientific and practical significance for improving urban green space management and enhancing ecological sustainability
