Service Activities Of The Internal Affairs Operaions Employees Of Surxondaryo Region During The Years Of Independence: A Historical And Analytical Study

Abstract

This article provides a historical and analytical study of the service activities of selected employees who served in the internal affairs bodies of the Surxondaryo Region during the years of independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The study analyzes the professional performance of personnel working in public safety, crime prevention, probation, migration and citizenship registration, countering terrorism and extremism, and operational-search operations. The findings highlight the effectiveness of the training systems and career advancement pathways within the internal affairs bodies
