Abstract

The article depicts the literary and poetic skills of fiction writer, the place of the novel in the world literature and its rarely high contribution in learning crime and human psychology. Also it discusses about the function of the novel in shaping the wellmannered society, dispute of point of views in the novel. Social justice concepts, controversy of humanitarian beliefs and crime punishment criteria had been illustrated in such way, that the reader will be challenged to decide which part to take into account.
