Abstract

This research examines the phenomenon of family disintegration in modern society from a Quranic analytical perspective, moving beyond traditional descriptive methods toward an applied approach. The research problem lies in the inadequacy of purely material and legal approaches to curbing rising family disintegration rates, highlighting the urgent need to activate the Quranic value system as a sustainable solution. The study adopts an inductive-analytical methodology to identify contemporary drivers of family fragmentation, such as the negative impacts of consumerism, marital mutism resulting from digital isolation, and the breach of privacy via cyberspace and external interventions. The study concludes that the Quranic methodology offers more than mere moral advice; it proposes an integrated "family security strategy" that begins with prevention through awareness-building preparation, proceeds to rational conflict management family arbitration, and concludes with the ethics of "honorable separation" Tansih bi-Ihsan to protect children from conflict impacts. The research recommends institutionalizing "Quranic Arbitration" in modern family courts and implementing mandatory pre-marital counseling programs as a legal prerequisite to ensure sustainable societal cohesion .
