Abstract

The article is dedicated to historical background of simultaneous interpreting. It is aimed at analyzing the main stages of simultaneous interpreting development. Highlighting historical events in simultaneous interpreting becomes a necessity nowadays when the cooperation between countries is developing rapidly.
