https://geniusjournals.org/index.php/emrp/article/view/6722

In this work, histological changes in alveolocytes in chronic bronchitis are investigated. Chronic bronchitis is a long-term inflammatory disease of the respiratory tract that can significantly alter the structure of lung tissue. Histological analysis of alveolar cells, such as type I and type II alveolocytes, plays a key role in assessing changes occurring at the cellular level in this disease. As a result of prolonged inflammation and hypoxia, changes in their morphology may occur, including thickening of the alveolar membranes, a decrease in the number of type II alveolocytes, which disrupts surfactant synthesis and leads to a deterioration in gas exchange. These changes can contribute to the progression of the disease and the development of respiratory failure. An important aspect is also the assessment of the interaction of alveolocytes with inflammatory cells and their role in the pathogenesis of chronic bronchitis. The study of these changes allows us to better understand the mechanisms of the disease and open up new ways for diagnosis and treatment.
pcadmin pcadmin

https://geniusjournals.org/index.php/emrp/article/view/6723

The article is devoted to the study of histochemical changes in blood plasma during inflammatory processes in children. The paper considers the main molecular and biochemical mechanisms that occur in the body in response to inflammation, as well as changes in the composition of blood plasma, such as levels of proteins, lipids, electrolytes and other biomolecules. Special attention is paid to histochemical research methods, which make it possible to study in detail the localization and activity of biochemical processes at the cellular level. Possible markers of inflammation that can be used in the diagnosis and monitoring of inflammatory diseases in children, including acute and chronic infections, autoimmune diseases, and allergic reactions, are being considered. The article provides an analysis of modern approaches to the treatment of inflammation and the role of histochemical changes in predicting the course of diseases
Kosimov DilmurotUmarova Mushtaribonu

Carbon dioxide is an important pollutant that has recently led to deterioration of the environment. In particular, CO2 can be used not only as a greenhouse gas, but also as a source of carbon for the production of a number of high-quality products, such as light olefins. Lower olefins (C2H4 and c3h6) are the main petrochemical building blocks used to produce various chemicals.
Egamnazarova Fazilat DustqobilovnaAkbarova Adolat Kamal's QiziHasanova Sarvinoz Gairatjon QiziNorimov Mardonbek Abdumalik Ogli

https://geniusjournals.org/index.php/emrp/article/view/6733

Obesity is one of the most pressing public health issues in the modern world. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the number of overweight patients has significantly increased in recent decades, leading to a rise in cardiovascular disease (CVD) incidence [1]. Women with obesity have a significantly higher risk of developing hypertension and metabolic syndrome, as confirmed by numerous epidemiological studies [2]. Despite the large number of studies on obesity, the management strategies for women with obesity and a high risk of cardiovascular diseases remain insufficiently studied. Modern prevention and correction methods should include not only diet therapy and physical activity but also pharmacological strategies aimed at improving metabolic status and reducing inflammatory processes [3]. Thus, studying obesity as a risk factor for cardiovascular diseases in women and searching for modern approaches to prevention and treatment are crucial tasks of contemporary medicine.
Bekimbetova Mehriban
