The urgency of the problem of surgical correction of abdominal deformities in patients with excessive body weight is caused not only by a large number of complications of early and late postoperative period, recurrences, but also by uncertainty in tactic and methodological approaches. Also, patients with morbid obesity have high intra-abdominal pressure in comparison with patients without obesity.
2023-11-06T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2023 https://geniusjournals.org/index.php/emrp/article/view/5183 Description of a Clinical Case of a Girl with Allergic Enterocolitis and Lactase Deficiency, Complicated with Protein-Energy Malfunction and Anemia 2023-11-09T07:34:57+00:00 A.T. People with FPIES experience excessive vomiting and diarrhea, which usually develops about 2 to 6 hours after eating the offending food. The most common triggers for the episode are milk, soy, and rice in children, but the disorder is associated with a wide range of dietary proteins. This article describes a clinical case of a child with allergic enterocolitis and lactase deficiency complicated by moderate protein-energy deficiency and moderate anemia. In this case, the main trigger is cow's milk.
2023-11-06T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2023 https://geniusjournals.org/index.php/emrp/article/view/5190 Historical Analysis of Medical Development Issues in International Relations of Uzbekistan (In the case of Navoi region) 2023-11-09T15:01:45+00:00 Khamraeva Saodat Islamovna Khamraeva@gmail.com
In this article, after the independence of Uzbekistan, in the first years, international relations were established in order to improve the health infrastructure in the country, and the work was carried out to assimilate the experience of developed countries - Germany, France, Great Britain, Turkey, India, Israel, Russia, the USA, providing medical services to the population, providing medical staff with new modern knowledge, building and equipping hospitals at the level of modern requirements in cooperation with foreign countries, reconstructing the existing ones, providing them with sufficient medicine, medical equipment, and in particular Navoi Opinions were expressed about the work carried out in the region.
2023-11-07T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2023 https://geniusjournals.org/index.php/emrp/article/view/5208 Technique Of Free Full-Thickness Auto dermoplasty For Mammary Glands 2023-11-14T06:41:13+00:00 Sardor U. Nazirov Sardor@gmail.com
The study is based on the results of surgical treatment in 46 female patients with postburn scar deformities of the soft tissues of the breast. According to the variations of scar deformity plastic surgery, all patients were divided into two groups. The main group included 24 patients in whom an improved method of full-thickness free skin grafting was applied, and the comparison group included 22 patients in whom the traditional method of free skin grafting with split-thickness autograft was used. The proposed method of full-thickness autodermoplasty aims to improve graft survival by ensuring its tight adherence and reducing the risk of graft contraction. The long-term results from the main group led to a reduction in the frequency of late complications from 33.3% to 8.3%, resulting in an improvement in the rate of favorable outcomes from 63.6% to 83.3%.
2023-11-10T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2023 https://geniusjournals.org/index.php/emrp/article/view/5209 The Diagnosis and Treatment of Paranasal Sinus Cysts 2023-11-14T06:42:47+00:00 Xayitov Alisher Adxamovich Xayitova@gmail.com Nabiyev Ozod Raxmatullaevich Nabiyeva@gmail.com Davronov Usmon Farmonkulovich Davronov@gmail.com Boltayev Anvar Ismailovich Boltayev@gmail.com
Chronic rhinosinusitis is one of the most common chronic diseases of the upper respiratory tract, occurring in people of different ages. Cysts of the upper jaw cavity are distinguished by the fact that they are common in chronic sinusitis. From the clinical point of view, it shrinks without symptoms and in 80% of cases it is a finding during X-ray examinations. Modern medical technologies make it possible to treat chronic sinusitis with minimal tissue damage. The purpose of the research is to improve and use modern approaches in the complex treatment of cysts of the nasal cavities. We conducted our research on 153 patients aged 18 to 75 years with cystic changes of the upper jaw, forehead and sinuses with a disease duration of 2 to 5 years. Diagnosis of patients was carried out by endoscopic examination of the nose, multispiral computer tomography of the nasal cavities, orthopantography, functional and immunological examinations of the nose, microbiocinosis detection examinations. 134 of the patients who participated in our study underwent surgery. The surgical operation was performed in two stages at the same time, in the first stage, the structure of the nasal cavity was corrected, and in the second stage, the surgical operation was carried out in the affected side of the nasal cavity. Our research revealed that the cysts of the nasal cavity are mainly found in the upper jaw cavity. In the surgical treatment of PNScysts, it is necessary to pay special attention to the structures of the nasal cavity, especially the ostiomeatal complex, and to eliminate them at the same time when pathological changes are detected
2023-11-09T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2023 https://geniusjournals.org/index.php/emrp/article/view/5213 Diagnosis and treatment of patients with acute intestinal obstruction 2023-11-14T07:28:53+00:00 Assistant professor PhD Agzamova Maxmuda Nabiyevna Agzamova@gmail.com Assistant Ortiqboyev Farhod Dilshod o'g'li Farhod@gmail.com Assistant PhD Axmedov Axmadjon Ibragimovich Axmedov@gmail.com Assistant Ismailov Farhod Mirjalilovich Ismailov@gmail.com
In order to improve the diagnosis and treatment of acute intestinal obstruction, there was a study of patients cured during 2018-2023
2023-11-10T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2023 https://geniusjournals.org/index.php/emrp/article/view/5237 The Occurrence of Metabolic Syndrome in The Elderly Population 2023-11-18T17:39:28+00:00 Khiloloy Ruzmatova Kabilovna Khiloloy@gmail.com
Metabolic syndrome (MS) is visceral obesity, decreased sensitivity of peripheral tissues to insulin, hyperinsulinemia, dyslipidemia, all types of changes in metabolism, symptoms that lead to the development of type 2 diabetes mellitus and arterial hypertension, and the deterioration of the health of the population is a complex. The modern concept of endodontic treatment is to eliminate infection from the root canal, treat the foci of periapical lesions to restore the integrity of the periodontal tissue barrier, and prevent microbial invasion. This article discusses the current trends in endodontic and periodontal treatment and provides examples.
2023-11-24T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2023 https://geniusjournals.org/index.php/emrp/article/view/5269 Mechanisms of disorders of ischemic liver damage and ways of their correction using a new amino acid mixture based on sodium succinate and mannitol 2023-11-26T06:46:32+00:00 Sayfutdinova Z.A Sayfutdinova@gmail.com Shodiyeva G.E Shodiyeva@gmail.com Komiljonova Z.Z Komiljonova@gmail.com Shodiyev A.E Shodiyev@gmail.com
During the reproduction of experimental toxic hepatitis by administering heliotrine, it was found that the HIF-1 content averaged 0.101667±0.0022 ng/l.
