More than 10-15%, and according to G.P. Parafeinik et al. and I.B. Frolov (2008), 21.7% of women after abortion have gynecological diseases, almost half of the women who underwent this operation, aggravated chronic inflammatory processes of the genital sphere. The greatest danger is undoubtedly an infected abortion. If the infection spreads, salpingoophoritis may develop, the frequency of which, according to various authors, ranges from 3.5 to 5.7%, metoendometritis - 1.7-3%, parametritis - 1.34%, as well as metritis, pelvic peritonitis, thrombophle- uterine venous thrombophlebitis and many other post-abortion infectious diseases. In addition, fetal egg retention (1.27-5.7%), ICH (0.13%), menstrual irregularities (11.4%) and other pathologies are common complications. According to Schulze and Herold (2008), endometritis complicated the course of the post-abortion period in 1.58% of women. A study of the long-term consequences of induced abortion revealed its negative impact on fertility. The study of the long-term consequences of induced abortion revealed its negative impact on fertility: the possibility of secondary infertility, tubal pregnancy, spontaneous abortions, and habitual pregnancy failure.
2024-11-08T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 https://geniusjournals.org/index.php/emrp/article/view/6473 Treatment Of Encephalomyelitis And Myelitis In Children With Ozone Therapy 2024-11-21T06:32:06+00:00 Kodirov Khusanboy Solievich Kodirov@gmail.com
The problem of neuroinfection in children is particularly relevant due to its high proportion in the structure of neurological diseases. As a result of the diffuse inflammatory process of the brain substance, severe neurological complications arise, and there is a delay in the rate of development of the functional systems of the brain that provide such integrative functions as memory, attention, thinking and other types of higher mental activity. These advanced technologies enable students to practice complex procedures, engage in realistic therapeutic scenarios, and receive real-time feedback, all within a controlled, risk-free environment. VR and AR offer significant advantages, including the ability to simulate rare cases, improve patient interaction skills, and develop critical decision-making abilities. These tools are also costeffective, scalable, and increasingly accessible, making high-quality training available to a broader range of learners. As the technologies evolve, they are expected to become even more interactive and personalized, further enhancing the effectiveness of therapeutic education. This article explores the role of VR and AR in therapeutic simulators, highlighting their current applications, benefits, challenges, and potential for future advancements.
2024-11-16T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024
